        Congratulations! We hope that @WHO will combine its work on implementation of the #BirthDefects Resolution with its work to #beatNCDs, as measures to reduce NCDs (#obesity, #diabetes) & risk factors (#tobacco, #alcohol) will reduce the incidence of neural tube defects (#NTDs) too
