No room for complacency. Even #EU member states do not all provide #UHC, some are falling backwards, many ppl left behind. #UHC can't be taken for granted anywhere. To have a hope more is needed, esp from European leaders @ #HLM3 #enoughNCDs.

Europe the is birthplace of universal health coverage & has many lessons the rest of the world can learn from. But #HealthForAll is a journey, not a destination. No country/region can ever afford to rest. There’re always gaps in service coverage to fill & people being left behind

UHC is an every health system objective seek to achieve, still a lot of countries remaining far from it despite efforts excerted. Efficiency again is the soul and sprit of effective UHC we need to catch.
