Mr.サムラン氏は坑HIV薬を否定していた。彼は漢方薬治療を試し実験した。彼はウイルスを取り除く事は出来ず病気になり働く事が出来なかった。彼がHIV感染者と判明した時CD4は600だった。結核のような日和見感染症を煩うまでCD4は減少した。彼は坑HIV薬を服用する事を決意しAZTとDEIを2年2ヶ月投与した
