  I am glad there is no hotline and have a m/c and you made it with let's talk. We do not have to wait until someone is depressed. Call your families, friends, neighours, ask about people...etc. It might be a 3rd world life style but it works.This isnot weakness or stupidity

  The American medical and mental health communities are petrified of patients suffering from mental health issues. The standard reply to the patients is “IT WILL GET BETTER” better than what? I survived (not my choice) a suicide attempt 3 yrs ago, my life in HELL is worse.

  Last year i was depressed and suicidal. At that point i felt there wasn't any need staying alive. At one point i overdosed on ciprofloxacin, hoping not to wake up
