That's "industry". Per the text, "Energy industry" (in the graph, "fuel industries") is 7%.
So that's 4,500,000,000 kWh, easily 1 billion electric car miles driven
Given roughly 37 million vehicles in the UK and average 7900 miles, that's 292 billion miles per year, so that would cover only about 0.34%
