Excellent article. I have been looking at where tornado shelters are related to the most vulnerable people - and there is only one shelter in the city of Selma which holds less than 100 people.

The state representative for that area is a horrible joke. She continues to get elected. And does NOTHING for the people in her area.
Even worse, she’s a lifetime member of an AME church…..in Selma.
