#HB1927 is on the Texas Senate calendar today. We can't allow another session to come and go where we pay lip service to the #SecondAmendment while failing to fully restore & protect the God-given rights of our citizens. It is time for Texas to pass #ConstitutionalCarry. #txlege

As a TX resident, I don’t want HB1927 to pass. Even law enforcement agencies have spoke out against this bill. Also, Shame on you for calling this a “common sense” law. This bill is the opposite of common sense and does nothing to improve the safety of our communities. #HB1927

The Constitution supports separation of Church and State. Nonetheless, guns weren’t invented when the Bible was written so I’m not sure how you think God gave you that right. Seems like walking around naked is more of a god given right considering that’s how we’re born.

Permitless carry is not a God given right. It has nothing to do with the 2nd amendment. What you want is a lawless state where anyone trained or not to be able to carry a gun. You will be responsible for deaths from gun owners who aren’t trained. For shame.
