    This has a US focus, but the findings are important for the UK & other countries too. We need to ensure prescribing for use disorders / is accessible & appropriate. It's how we can save lives, not just a focus on behavioural or residential treatments.

    Great work by showing that in OUD, compared to no treatment ➡️ buprenorphone or methadone decreased overdose and opioid-related morbidity ➡️ no benefit seen with naltrexone, inpatient and intensive outpatient did not
