Let us pause here for a second... This language is not in alignment with the admissions policy of Spelman College that states: "If a woman is admitted & transitions to male while a student at Spelman, the College will permit that student to continue to matriculate & graduate"

As we continue to engage in discourse(s) about how to engage queer & trans* students during their college choice processes, during their times as HBCU students AND how we engage queer HBCU alum, we have to look at ALL sides & have some hard conversations!
