I dunno, perhaps leaving the diagnosis of mental illness to qualified people and not armies of virtue signalling celebrities, politicians, teachers and charities looking to swell their coffers would be a good conversation to start.

Not really sure who you think is doing that. Personally I think raising awareness and pointing people in the direction of help is pretty important.
