Delighted to be featured in an 'online sources' article of the 'Modern History Review' (vol. 22/3) aimed at a student audience - hope that our resources prove useful for teaching as well as research

inspired by #32: ‘Leptospermum scoparium’ (tea tree) I love the daintiness of leptospermum; this branch arrived in the bouquet I tackled yesterday.

How do you fit a VERY large glass case door? With lots of pairs of hands & very, VERY carefully! Our showcase company tell us that this is the largest case they've made, but for the smallest museum they've ever worked in...

inspired by #31: ‘Hasty Bouquet’. Was given some beautiful flowers. Decided to try to match their exuberance. Not sure if it’s worked, but good for me to try a looser style. And Rusty’s had enough so is sitting on my pens now.

The simple exterior of St Cynhaearn's, Gwynedd belies the late-Georgian interior, which is commanded by the full-blooded triple-decker pulpit, with a space for the priest delivering the sermon and a desk for those giving the readings. ⛪:

inspired by #30: ‘Iris Seedhead’. After yesterday’s disaster, I’m retreating to the safer pleasure of botanical art.

inspired by #29: ‘medieval’. Ok, this hurts to share - a drawing that didn’t work. It was hard, and it was so dark by the end, I was genuinely guessing the colours on my brush. But the point is doing it. Every failure teaches me things.
