Then the reporter says no clemency for non-violent prisoners and people within a year of their sentences. Cuomo then says "Yes we have been doing that." And goes to next topic.

Cuomo shoots back - what about violent prisoners.
He doesn't even answer the question. You see him visibly get agitated every time someone asks about prisoners.

And that's just a lie. He HAS NOT BEEN DOING THAT. That's why people have been dying. Reporters need to push back on these answers, the same way they do with Donald Trump.
