This is Ocean Drive, South Beach, yesterday, where it is Spring Break & Miami Beach PD are out in full effect. A young girl running across the street accidentally collides with a cop, who decides to throw her to the ground, choke her - & then arrests her.pic.twitter.com/88WyIasxWA

Strange how you never see video like this when White students go full on crazy at Daytona Beach during Spring break. These teenagers don't appear to be doing anything but having fun, but we've got police in SWAT gear with assault rifles swarming the scene.
