Police officer Andrew Mitchell was just indicted on federal charges of raping & kidnapping women. If you're in a position of power and abuse that power to hurt others, the punishment should be severe enough to dissuade the corrupt power-holders from seizing on immoral opportunities. Ppl w more power should be held to a higher standard bc they hold other lives in their hands.

It is pointless to expect a government who uses police to effectually oppress, intimidate and silence citizens to also hold them accountable for doing so. The justice system is corrupt fruit, root and stem! It must be dismantled and rebuilt.
