    Apple's large screen iPhones seem very space inefficient. 4.7" 6 is bigger than the 5" Lumia 930. 5.5" 6+ is almost as big as 6" Lumia 1520.

        @DrPizza @siracusa I can't see the problem. It looks good. The screen is too big in regards to usability. Not the 6 mm on top you dont touch

        @DrPizza @siracusa meh, pockets come in all sizes. Some pockets will fit an iPad mini. One-handed use is the main reason why I dislike iph6

        @VSzulc @siracusa I agree, but it seems that the one-handed battle has been lost, alas.

        @DrPizza @siracusa Humbug! The pendulum has reached its apogee, and the trend will be towards smaller screensizes, yet again.

        @DrPizza @siracusa With Apple in the Phablet market, Samsung, Huawei etc. need to figure out how to differentiate: "How bout one hand-use!"

        @VSzulc @siracusa wouldn't that be something. Just as Apple joins the large phone party, everyone else leaves!

        @DrPizza @siracusa you’re missing why. TouchID on bottom and all the top for symmetry. Because symmetry is good design.

        @trifster @siracusa fitting in more people's pockets is better design.

        @DrPizza @siracusa no. That’s a use case.

        @drpizza @siracusa It might be. Look at how thin the device got instead of putting a slightly larger battery.

        @DrPizza In a 2-dimensional world, you’d be right, but in this 3D world, the iPhones are both significantly smaller (lighter, too!).

      2. Pᴇᴛᴇʀ Bʀɪɢʜᴛ ‏@DrPizza 19 Sep 2014

        @bmohr I contend that at this point, height is a bigger obstacle to pocketability than width or weight.
