I had it done yesterday. It’s that far back and in both nostrils. My eyes teared up, felt like I needed to sneeze and my nose got extremely runny.

This is very different from the one I saw yesterday. They went straight up in both nostrils and for a loooong time - like a minute each nostril. So that is concerning they are so different.
