    Actual herd immunity: enough people vaccinated so the virus gives up and goes away. Government herd immunity: enough people survived the disease so the virus doesn't cause epidemic spikes any more but just becomes endemic and decreases overall life expectancy by ten years.

    In 1984 I gave a presentation predicting that surgery for ulcers would disappear once H.pylori was treated with antibiotics. 15 years seems about the right length of time for a major paradigm shift. Sorry you old surgeons.😭😭 (and…Nortel went bankrupt in 2009).

    I did a keynote for Nortel in 1994 in Tucson. Spoke about Internet telephony taking apart and destroying the phone industry as we know it. Apparently, the CEO was livid on the flight home - 'who invited this guy in?' Then, VoIP and IP and data destroyed, well, the industry. LOL.

    This is the crux of it. Where we want to abolish gender stereotypes - we know we MUST, for women to be fully liberated - trans ppl NEED those stereotypes to validate them. Our cage is the scaffolding upholding their rhetoric.

    If there is a lockdown again this winter then the blame must lie squarely at the door of the Scottish Government for moving too fast and not suppressing spread of Covid before the population was successfully vaccinated.

    Everyone disagreeing with you used exactly the same argument: that you are “denying their right to exist.” If someone’s “identity” is contingent on everyone else sharing their belief, they don’t have an innate identity, it’s just a performance that demands audience participation.
