    Yesterday, without fanfare, the turned 10-years old. While many orgs would plan (and spend $$) on a 'gala' to celebrate that milestone, instead my team voted for a day of service. Exactly the culture I hoped, a decade ago, that we'd be and become. Proud & humbled.
