    Let’s also campaign for MORE pain clinics with easier access and sooner!!! In Wales the access is DIRE. And the choice is negligible. Much more needs to be done to promote self management. Social prescribing useful for chronic pain as well. Curable app was transformative for me.

    Just handed in the copy for two columns. As a science communicator, I find the single hardest bit of the job is not how to explain science, but how to do so succinctly. All I can see are the 'howevers' & 'but sometimes' I would like to put in, but don't have the word count!
