Thanks for sharing this. Over the past couple of days, people in the UK have been reporting raised PM2.5 levels as people at home have been burning solid fuel in their stoves. So it all depends on the pollutant.

If anything this source has increased in my area since the lockdown; it happens every day irrespective of weather. So many restrictions understandably in place, but this one is entirely overlooked by Public Health authorities.

Unfortunately all this attention for NO2 is ignoring the fact that the story for PM2.5 is much more complicated. In coming years it might be difficult to convince people that there is a lot more to air pollution than what is caused by traffic.
