Someone said “I feel like I’m constantly worrying about the next part of my life without realizing that im right in the middle of what I used to look forward to” and I felt that

Nearly a decade after my concussion, I think my benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is coming back. Anyone else out there gone through a recurrence?

I learned the art of rejection thirty years ago hitch hiking to town from a small village - someone always picks you up - unless they don’t, in which case you walk 👍

  15. Why does it usually take about 5 mins for my heart to catch up with what my legs are doing on a jog? And then do it suddenly? (Red is heart, blue is pace - measured using vivoactive3). This sort of result happens every time I run - for last 6months or so.

If you're waiting for something anxiously, waiting for some change or resolution or understanding, please know that you don't have to wait in a tight ball, braced for the worst. It's safe to still move a little, to do some small good things. You can and you're safe to try.
