Abortions are not safe and are NOT healthcare. The reason the death cult wants abortion considered health care is so it will be covered by laws currently on the books. That's why LeanaWen keeps chanting "Abortion is healthcare."

Abortions are safe for the women having them. People who advocate for the right of women to have an abortion are not part of a “death cult” (what the hell is that anyway?). They believe that women have the right to self-determination over their own lives and bodies.
