    I agree wholeheartedly! You can’t be what you can’t see. 👩🏽‍⚕️ I wouldn’t be applying to neurosurgery if not for my incredible female faculty mentor!

    I believe 👩🏻‍⚕️faculty is tremendously important in recruitment process. The mere presence of 👩🏻‍⚕️ faculty makes a difference. Unfortunately we also know that many academic centres still do not have 👩🏻‍⚕️ faculty in . (Dossani at al, JNS 2019)

    Poland - results from the national exam is all that matters (unless 2 candidates with same score then med school grades as well), you apply for only 1 specialty in 1 region so have to be careful or you could end up without residency spot, alternatively direct application 1/2
