    In other words: Be clear on the goal (e.g. ). Hold the goal with firm dedication AND a lightness, an openness. I find this a hard, necessary dance. Remembering that I am but one player, yet my efforts matter. Sustaining commitment, while accepting uncertainty of outcome.
