Dr. Chris Harmon has penned an eye-opening article, offering a strategic comparison to 1930s appeasement and the current crisis in Ukraine. Our leaders in DC would do well to digest it, before it is too late.

John Yoo and I have an article just published, describing the terrible and in our view unconstitutional decision by the Biden Justice Department to waive Trump's claims of executive privilege over confidential discussions had with his top advisors.

Seriously? We can't have voter ID because Kamala Harris thinks people in rural areas don't have access to copy machines? Nice to see her so concerned about all those republican voters in rural counties, though!

So YouTube now claims it is a violation of their community standards even to mention claims of illegal conduct during the election and address whether they are valid or not. . You can see (nearly) the whole interview over at Rumble

An enterprising student at the Univ. of Colorado, , reached out to me to get my side of recent events at CU & the election, despite noting he likely disagreed with me. He's posted the 90-minute discussion as a podcast. Terrific job Colton. .

So much for the "rule of 3"-the informal S.Ct. practice that if 3 Justices think a case worthy of review, a 4th will vote to grant cert. Today the Court denied review in the several election cases over strong dissents from Justices Thomas, Alito & Gorsuch.

I'm actually relying on sworn affidavits, filed in the several cases now pending. Here's one of many: . So it seems that those who keep saying "no evidence" are the ones denying factual evidence.

People: I'm not going to do your homework for you. But there are lots of cases now being filed, with sworn affidavits, attesting to various acts of illegal activity in the casting or counting of ballots. Here's just one of many.

Actually, there is evidence. and sworn affidavits to support. Election officials "curing" absentee ballots out envelopes that were not completed as required by state law; naked ballots being deposited into the count bin; no signature verification on the ballot applications, etc.

The issue is not whether they are "immediately conclusive"--and I never suggested otherwise-- but whether they are inconclusive because illegal votes were intermingled with legal votes, and cannot now be determined.
