I truly never understood the benefit in most specialties. How do they even market this to surgeons? Can you even bill more for this? Wouldn’t it technically be LESS work from an RVU perspective?

Because studies show outcomes for most surgeries are not significantly improved to justify the fact robotic surgery costs double what a typical larposcopic surgery costs (prostate surgery excepted)
