      @hashcapades Some BBQ sauces are fine if made with cornstarch as the thickener. Others use wheat, common problem for #gfree #foodistachat

      @foodista #foodistachat People also forget that barley contains gluten.Beer, barley malt sweetener, barley grain in soup are all gluten full
