Also interesting how we know there was a gun "in the residence" even though it's an open carry state. Can't wait to hear all about how the officer "feared for his life". I'm sure there will be crickets from the NRA just like when Philando Castille was murdered.

If your neighbor’s door is open and you’re concerned, call them, text them, or walk over and check on them. If your neighbor is a POC, calling the police is Russian roulette with the gun pointed at their head. Always. So don’t do it.

I love how they mention (for no particular reason I can see) that there was a gun in her house implying that the cop killed her in self-defence.

EVEN THO HE DIDNT EVEN ENTER THE HOUSE AND THEREFOR HAD NO IDEA IT WAS THERE, this is a disgusting incident and I hope he is charged to the full extent.
