  Una prueba más que no es necesario el centro de gobierno, debe cerrarlo, ya hay instituciones para eso, aunque SEGEPLAN parece PARLACEN no se ve lo que realizan en bien del país, hay muchas instituciones que solo gastos generan y sin nada de resultados.
