However the links to what happens in the outer areas do not work. So people living in the outer zones need real proof that this would not have s negative impact eg when the London congestion charge zone is extended.

We should not be condoning Biomass Incinerators burning waste & producing toxic carcinogenic emissions to air that drift for miles? Baby death ,(infant mortality) stats down wind are shocking. Why? Wrong when babies dying are the Canary to warn us & then their deaths are ignored.
