Particle pollution downwind of eateries can be greater than that from major roads. So do we need better filters and scrubbers on kitchen extractors? Speciation question though: which particulate is worse for long term exposure: ? road dust w metals, vehicular emissions or PM from restaurants (coffee roasters, etc.) ?
