Congrats on giving students a sense of the real world by providing them with a loan that they have to pay back after they become a doctor or lawyer or McDonalds manager or whatever they decide. The govt benefit is that they get a loan that no one else would ever give them.

How about free tuition for useful programs like nursing/engineering, provided the students commit to staying in Ontario for a period of time, and increase the prices on boutique degrees (hint: they end in "studies")

Hard to disagree with free tuition in exchange for XX years of commitment. Also think ANYTHING (incl "boutique degrees")is better for us b/c education leads to prosperity (note:Fiscal Con/Social Lib,B.A. Eng & Class Studies '95 & sometimes still wish I took up a trade instead
