Isn’t this the way they planned it ? Their bet is to take the pain upfront and get herd immunity. It is a bet though. We will only know a year from now.

I'm not sure what to make of this. Sweden, which isn't locking down, isn't that much worse than the US, which has thrown away the next couple generations' wealth.
