    I had thought that you might support its use for people without other options ( like the end justifies the means ) but I am pleased that you don’t . The lack of regulation of its use is a real worry - can anyone access it ? I am stumped why the Swiss authorities would approve it.

    Having access to does not mean that you must use it, but it does mean that its availability releases anxiety, gets rid of fear and significantly improves quality-of-life for as long as it lasts. It is an insurance policy; people know it is there if they need it.
