, but the international justice system DOES move. Not fast enough for drug war victims, but they are acting when no other authority is doing so at this point. This time, the ball is on the ICC, not the victims anymore.

I still can't believe we're finally here! Yes, not fast enough for the victims, but this development is nevertheless encouraging since accountability does not seem to be forthcoming through processes back home.
