Why is this either or? The main issue with TOD is that it’s corridor specific.

Transit-oriented development should not be the decisive criteria for housing funding. We cannot solve our affordable #housingcrisis by funding housing only in tiny fractions of urban areas, while neglecting the housing needs of millions of inland and rural Californians.
