That Biago scene in Ep. 8 of I May Destroy You, along with Anabella's monologue, and Kwame-white racist, homophobe woman interaction, really fucked me up. But Biago. That scene was so complex, shocking, and multilayered it deserves a whole monograph to untangle it.

Yes, utterly true. Arabella wants to connect with her pre-assault self and that can only be thru Biagio. the Kwame scene totally broke my heart. The WW's appropriation of the N-word, her fetishization of Black sexuality, and trans and homophobia made that scene so hard to watch.
