Indian girls and their dreams of romance, therefore we must aggressively eradicate Muslims from Kashmir, because all the Muslims in the film are terrorists. Also, Kashmir is beautiful so long as there are no Kashmiris marring the scenic beauty. Have I missed anything? 2/2

There’s zero self reflection on the reason why extrajudicial channels are the only means available to Kashmiris desire for aazadi. India is presented as noble and benevolent, and the occupation as natural. The arguments for freedom undermined by Kashmiri violence against women.

Okay here’s the thing that ppl liked about Roja. Even though the terrorists are the bad people(muslims) this was the first time they made them gray and not totally black if that makes any sense to you. Before this and unfortunately a lot of the movies now they’re villains.

Also,
#Fitoor (adaptation of Great Expectations) and#Fanaa Both deeply problematic and use#Kashmir stereotypically. But an indie#WidowofSilence by@P_Morchhale is moving, nuanced, and just phenomenal! (IMHO)Kiitos. Käytämme tätä aikajanasi parantamiseen. KumoaKumoa
