A woman come up to the door of Trader Joe’s where we are all lined up to go in saying she just wants eggs. The guy at the door tells her to get in line. I offer to get the eggs and ask what kind & the asshole behind me says, it’s an emergency why does she have a preference?

As I give her the eggs another woman says, oh I’m so glad you got the eggs. Meanwhile no one except me offered to help her. This is what it looks like when you have no sense of community feeling, love, or obligation. It’s up to BIPOC to take care of our own.

Assuming they don't have the bug, they should self-isolate as much as possible to stay healthy. If they have health issues, then they *definitely* should self-isolate. I'm saying this out of concern, and I doubt I'm saying anything you don't already know.

Yes we are isolating them as much as possible.

Point the 50 somethings to the deaths in my city, New Orleans. Only 50 year olds are known to have died here!

Just don’t understand people sometimes. Old enough to be at some risk, but still willing to help others. Why are some so afraid?
