I feel terrible for this woman. A comment though. We have some cultural differences regarding the raising of children. *Most* white American kids are raised to be quiet in public. My Afghan friends' children are a bit WILD, & it's not easy on my nerves. Can we compromise????https://twitter.com/DrPragyaAgarwal/status/1156595838438821888 …

I already said that I was not sympathetic. True.

I see. So blaming a woman who has just been subjected to a racist attack for bringing up her kids to be 'wild'--a totally racist assumption based on 'an Afghan family I know' is 'sympathetic', is it? I'd rather have a swarm of wasps visit me in hospital.

I said it was not sympathetic. It was brainless. I was just thinking out loud. It was the worst place possible to write what I was thinking about my friend. The post was *to* my friend, not the original woman. Wrong. However, it was not intentionally mean.
