One thing that struck me as o was watching @AmericanMoor rehearsal, the line: “I worry that we laugh at him.” Inappropriate laughter is so common in Othello and I always wonder why that seems to be universal. #ShakeRace

Feel a little hesitant sharing this, as I also wanted to work out what was going on in Rylance's performance that made me laugh too, and how the production inculcated a culture of laughing. I hope it's helpful in some way, even if to help prevent Kim feeling gaslit!
