    A core axiom in is that you "can't cut your way to success" - Even if or can somehow cut / restructure to eeek out a profit. They lack a viable growth vector. Regulators are catching up & saturation is going to become a problem

    Sooo.... needs to 'TEST' this? They barely creep up the wage (well below a living wage)... add responsibility to see what? Good implementation requires sharing the wealth with employees - $3.8 Billion in profit last year!

    Feedback is flawed and damaging in most cases. This is a stellar article that EVERY manager / EVERY person should read and take in - Focusing people on their shortcomings or gaps doesn’t enable learning. It impairs it.
