In terms of funding, one thing that gets missed in the discussion is that infrastructure spending has been shown to be a great investment. The return on investment is $1.5-$3 for every dollar spent. #twittercongress

So even if we used deficit spending, it will pay off. Think of it like you owned a business. If you knew you'd have to spend $1000 on your credit account, but got back $1500-$3000, you'd do it. #twittercongress

I think we should create a federal infrastructure bank that states could draw out of to fund the projects they felt were best for their needs. #twittercongress
