2/4 Once again, the administration strips science and fact-based terminology from federal agencies and the documents they produce regarding policy. We are lost as a civilization if we lose our fidelity to using science-based information to guide us.
3/4 Right now, there are 24 people in Congress with degrees in science, and 5 are in political science. It is critical to our survival that we change that. We need scientists from a wide array of disciplines in these seats, especially female scientists, who are underrepresented.
