Paper ballots. Mail em in. Works best. Hackers are rendered powerless. Sometimes old ways are better ways.

Hackers aren't rendered powerless. The people who tally up paper ballots still eventually have to enter the results into computers. Plus--in apts/condos, the mail is often delivered to one central area. (Like the lobby of the bldg.) So, it's easy to intercept the mail/ballots.
