I have to admit that my stance on this subject is *very* nuanced, perhaps even complex. I do lean slightly more toward legalisation, though.

I've become more in favor the longer I'm in practice and I see who could be helped. Esp. PTSD and chronic pain pts.

I'm in CA (EM and prim care). Yes, prob helps some & can be opioid sparing, but not a panacea. But I see a # of MJ related ED visits weekly.
