always about not spending the money. People have been conditioned to feel safe if bed capacity remains. But even if you built 2 or 3 times normal number of beds, there would still not be enough trained personnel to staff them.

%. My daughter 4th yr med student @ Dell rotation last week on admitting. Nothing to do as all beds are filled. I’m moved from Portland in 2018, they have been preparing since the spring for the this fall. ½ -
