My neurologist is a DO, and a very competent physician. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Some of the smartest and most committed physicians I’ve worked with are DOs, and many of my PA and APP colleagues are awesome too. Not to mention all the star nurses, pharmacists, and medical techs. No place for snobbery in medicine.

The problem with the President’s physician has nothing to do with the letters after his name. Being on 45’s payroll makes him obliged to say whatever he’s told to say regardless of what he knows. Working with 45 means you leave your integrity and credibility at the door.

Where I trained there were no DOs. Since being here I have worked with many and find they are not really different except better at musculoskeletal health than I. I must say I resent the implication that MDs only dole out pills. That’s not who we are either!

Our kids’ pediatrician is a DO. Cannot be more pleased with the care they receive.
