      At this point the best we can hope for is that Biden replaces Breyer with a Black lady and then Sonia and said Black lady can just hold up all of our civil rights on their back and write dissents that turn into majority opinions in 30 years. 😒

      I like the court expansion @ElieNYC detailed & hope we end up with random SCOTUS panels so every case won't be so politicized. I'm fine with dozens of SCOTUS judges. We have 13 judges on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals & 15 in EDNY.
