I see your logic though I think it'll happen anyway.
That said, for me it's also because flu shot is a no brainer... I know that's not necessarily the case for everyone tho.
My fear too. I feel like *maybe* I can prevent a few extra cases by being pushier? I figure it’s worth trying.

For sure. Worth the effort. It's just that I fear that the magnitude of the flu-covid tsunami will depend more on whatever happens to covid infection rates, and anything we might do to prevent it.

Don’t you think that Covid mitigation behaviors will also mitigate influenza? My understanding is Australia had a mild season?
